Swim lessons
I teach adults and children at any level and customize your lessons to meet your goals and fit your schedule. I teach very beginner, water safety, stroke efficiency, triathlon swimming, and all competitive strokes, turns, and diving.
Private (one on one) lessons are $240.00 per set of 4 half hour lessons.
Semi-private (you and a sibling/buddy) are $200.00 each child per set of 4 half hour lessons.
These run all year round: indoor heated pool in winter, outdoor heated pool insummer.
Competitive swim groups:
KIDS Competitive groups - Approx. ages 7-18. Technique instruction on all 4 competitive strokes, turns, starts, conditioning, and racing to win strategy. August-April, Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm., $120 per child per month.

Personal aquatic workouts
Customized aquatic fitness training and therapy sessions. Water provides a natural resistance allowing no impact on joints. Perfect for rehabilitation or general fitness, with movements specific to the clients' injuries/strength, ability and conditioning. No swimming required.
$100.00 per hour long session.
